(b) Axial T2 weighted fast spin-echo image showing a high intensity mass (arrow). (c) Subtraction of the post-contrast from the pre-contrast image displays a homogeneously enhancing lesion. (d) The signal-to-time curve in this enhanced mass reveals a strong initial signal intensity increase of more than 100% in the first 3 min, followed by a gradual enhancement in the next few minutes (Type 1 curve).
