Angled 3D spoiled gradient-echo magnetic resonance lymphangiography image, obtained 55 min after gadodiamide injection, clearly delineates an enlarged lymphatic vessel in the distal part of the left upper leg with typical nodular appearance (arrows). No lymphatic collectors were detected in the proximal and middle part of the left upper leg. Note the concomitantly enhanced superficial vein, which shows a lower signal intensity (arrowheads).
