(b) Axial diffusion-weighted (b1000) image shows high signal within the centre and periphery of the lesion. An intervening ring of relatively unrestricted diffusion is seen. (c) Axial apparent diffusion coefficient map confirms the presence of restricted diffusion within the most anterior aspect of the outer ring (arrow). The intervening ring of relatively unrestricted diffusion is also confirmed.
