PSA-RFS is 78.3%, 66.5%, and 56.4% for patients cohorts of Gleason score less than 7, equal 7, and greater than 7, respectively (p<0.001) (solid line, Gleason<7; dashed Gleason=7; dotted Gleason>7). Gleason score is a predictive factor of PSA control.
