(c) Axial high resolution CT scan at lung windowing shows the diffuse pulmonary calcification in the middle lobe. (d) The same CT slice at mediastinal windowing shows the calcific nature of the consolidation and also demonstrates calcification around the bronchi and within the heart. (e) Anteroposterior dual energy radiograph performed 7.5 years later shows the pulmonary calcification is still present but less diffuse.
