Figure 14. Parametric calculated images of (a) k^trans and (b) cerebral blood volume (CBV) from dynamic T₁ weighted contrast enhanced data. Parametric images were calculated using a first-pass analysis algorithm which decomposes its intravascular and extravascular contrast concentrations. k^trans will therefore be affected by both permeability surface area product and flow.
