Volume rendering image of a patient with a right-sided aneurysmal descending thoracic aorta, aberrant left subclavian artery with an aneurysm at its origin (Komerall's diverticulum) causing an impression on the oesophagus, direct origin of the right common carotid from the aortic arch. A multidetector CT angiogram was the only test needed for complete evaluation.
