Book review |
This small book concentrates the wide experience of one of the best known authors of paediatric imaging texts into a slim volume. Interpretation of cervical spine images causes difficulties for even the most experienced radiologists and when this involves developmental variations as well as possible trauma the difficulties are magnified. Dr Swischuk concentrates many years of experience in producing an unrivalled selection of cervical spine abnormalities and provides a well referenced text that most will find very valuable in these difficult situations. Whilst for many imagers the paediatric cervical spine may not be a frequent part of their work, this book will find a very valuable place in many departments as a form of reference for those occasional difficult cases.
