The tumour has an hourglass appearance with the rectosigmoidal transition tightly compressed between the cystic components. The solid component at the isthmus (arrowhead) is seen in close relation with the anterior surface of the coccyx. No evidence of invasion of the surrounding structures was seen in any of the planes.
