Figure 4. Small bowel intussusception caused by a lipoma as a lead point (same patient as Figure 1). CT at the level of the midabdomen shows a round hypodensemass, measuring 1.5 cm, in the tip of the intussusception surrounded by contrast medium(arrow). The fat density is homogeneous, characteristic of a lipoma. Ileoileal intussusception was confirmed at surgery.
