(a) Axial fat saturated T1 weighted spin echo image (TR/TE 600/14 ms) and (b) axial fat saturated T2 weighted fast spin echo image (TR/TE 4000/105 ms) show the lesion in the neck of the pancreas (between the arrowheads) to have solid and cystic components, while the two lesions (arrows) in the tail of the pancreas are predominantly cystic.
