(b) High-resolution CT (1.5 mm collimation, edge enhancing algorithm) at the level of the right upper lobe bronchus shows bilateral ground-glass opacities, peribronchial thickening (curved arrow), a few poorly defined small nodules (straight arrows) and mild septal thickening (arrowheads).
