Axial enhanced CT image of the pelvis showing a mixed attenuation necrotic soft tissue mass measuring 6 cm x 5 cm x 3.5 cm arising from the right lateral wall of the vagina involving the right fornix (arrow) with pockets of air extending up to the lower cervical canal with no involvement of the endocervical canal and showing no significant enhancement.
