Figure 1. Isolated intracerebral neurosarcoidosis in a 49-year-old man. Axial post-gadolinium T1 weighted MR image showing marked enhancement of the cystic lesion close to the cortex and the left-sided meninges temporal in linear as well as in nodular morphology, quite typical although not pathognomonic for sarcoid central nervous system involvement.
