Figure 1. (a) 32-year-old woman with a peritoneal and omental lymphomatosis by Burkitt-like high grade lymphoma. Contrast-enhanced CT: peritoneal and omental lymphomatosis mimicking carcinomatosis. Note also right-sided hydronephrosis. (b) Enlarged right adnexa, as well as, thickening of the parietal peritoneum and ascites.
