A 64-year-old man presented with an 8 week history of dysuria, frequency, haemoptysis, haematuria, weight loss and pyrexia. Urine cytology and bronchoscopy were negative. An intravenous urogram (IVU) is shown (Figure 1). Sections from a computed tomography (CT) scan of the lower abdomen are shown in Figures 2 and 3. Finally, Figure 4 is a CT section through the chest at the level of the lower lobe bronchus.
