A 37-year-old man with psoriasis complained of mild neck and back stiffness at a regular visit to a dermatology outpatient clinic. His skin involvement had been wide-spread for the last 4 years, although he had never suffered from psoriatic arthropathy.
Several common therapeutic regimes had failed to procure significant improvement and 2 years prior to this visit his treatment had again been changed.
