This multiauthored book has been edited by a surgeon, Jonathan Earnshaw and a radiologist, Roger Gregson, and the contributors are radiologists and surgeons from the United Kingdom with extensive expertise and experience in thrombolysis. Nearly all the authors are members of the Thrombolysis Study Group, a multidisciplinary conglomeration who have joined forces to increase the pool of experience with thrombolysis and generate multiinstitutional studies.
