A C Downie K A Tonge and A K Banerjee

Department of Radiology, St Thomas' Hospital, Lambeth Palace Road London SE1 7EH

This excerpt was created in the absence of an abstract.

We thank Drs Zammit-Maempel and Campbell for their interest in our paper and we were interested to note their similar experience.
