We would like to make the following response to the letter from Dr Stewart and colleagues regarding our paper.

We appreciate some marrow uptake is expected as well as liver and spleen uptake. As, however, our diagnostic criteria was an increase in uptake relative to the rest of the marrow, we do not believe that any of the images obtained were non-diagnostic.
