Sialography using an intravenous paediatric cannula

S Worthy and S J P England

District General Hospital, Kayll Road, Sunderland SR4 7TP

This excerpt was created in the absence of an abstract.

Dr Walker reports the use of a paediatric 24 G intravenous cannula to cannulate the salivary duct for sialography, (Walker, 1992). We use a modification of the technique that Dr Walker describes in cases of difficult cannulation, and have found this invaluable.

Received for publication February 1, 1993. Accepted for publication February 12, 1993.
