Fundamentals of Skeletal Radiology. By C. A. Helms, pp. xii + 209, 1989, (WB Saunders, Philadelphia), £25.00. ISBN 0–7216–2346–8
This excerpt was created in the absence of an abstract.
In his preface, Dr Helms describes his book as "a small compendium of pearls, differential diagnoses and lessons learned in the reality of skeletal radiology". This is indeed true. This is a slim volume of 200 pages, dealing almost entirely with plain film diagnosis of bone lesions.
