It has to be stated at the outset that this is an extremely practical book, and therefore its appeal will be mainly to individuals who are actively engaged in the performance of ERCP, both diagnostic and therapeutic. It is a book on "how and why" one should do the procedure, and the illustrations reflect this, rather than being a collection of radiographs of pathological changes.
