Outpatient myelography: an acceptable and cost-effective technique

Choudhri et al (1989) appear to have underestimated the literature on outpatient myelography with water soluble contrast medium. They only acknowledge the existence of two previous papers on the subject, but prior to 1988, there have been at least seven further pertinent publications (see below), some of which might have merited a passing mention.
