In reply to the letter of Goldfarb, Ongseng and Finestone, we have no evidence to support or refute the contention that the gallium–radiocolloid dual-tracer method is the most accurate, non-invasive imaging technique for HCC diagnosis. We would be interested to see their detailed results.
