Book review

H. Baddeley

Current Radiology, Vol. 3. Ed. by G. Wilson & W. N. Hanafee. pp. x+456, 1982 (John Wiley & Sons Ltd., Chichester), £40.70. ISBN 0–471–09509–5

This excerpt was created in the absence of an abstract.

It has become a cliché that radiology is a discipline expanding and changing so rapidly that books in the speciality are out of date before they are published. The information explosion poses problems not only for those joining the profession but also for established radiologists who are only able to cover the full range of literature in their own subspeciality yet need to keep abreast of opinions and developments in other branches.
