This collection of papers is number six in the series "Actualites de Carcinologie Cervico-Faciale" and consists of papers presented at the 12th Congress of the French Society of Head and Neck Cancer. The complications and sequels following irradiation of tumours of the head and neck are dealt with in seven sections according to various anatomical regions, and include a section devoted to the special problems encountered with children, and finally a chapter on radiation-induced tumours.
