Merrick et al. (1979) report their experience with radionuclide cystography (IVRC) compared with micturating cystourethrography (MCU) for the diagnosis of vesicoureteric reflux in a restrospective study of a selected group of children, as shown by the prevalence of reflux exceeding 50% of the kidneys examined.
