Dr. Alan Oestreich has produced a modestly priced textbook filled with useful information presented in list form, but marred by unsatisfactory illustrations.

It is printed on good paper with clear type with a loose plastic ring binder. The X-ray reproductions are a disaster and the inclusion of two excellent line drawings dramatically illustrates what might have been achieved by replacement of all radiographs by drawings of this quality.
