Books that result from small scientific meetings often make good reading. This one comes from a conference on the comparative effects of ionizing, ultraviolet, visible and near infra-red radiations, held at the University of Puerto Rico early in 1960. It contains 14 reviews, mostly about the physical and chemical side of the picture.
