This excerpt was created in the absence of an abstract.

The case which Drs. Mitchell and Macleod published (Brit. Journ. Rad., 1952, Aug., 442) is a very interesting one. I believe it to be a true case of progressive leontiasis ossea of the type recorded by Knaggs from the specimen in the Royal College of Surgeons, as creeping periostitis.
