Techniques of Post-mortem Angiography of the Stomach

1. A technique of gastric arteriography is described.

2. The arterographic appearance of the stomach in several conditions is demonstrated.

3. A new technique utilising indian ink injection of the capillary plexus is detailed and the varied appearances of the mesh in different cases described.

4. The effect of abnormalities of the gastric mucosa on the form of the capillary network is demonstrated and its possible bearing on the production of the appearances of vasoneurosis discussed.
