A case of jejuno-gastric intussusception through an enterostomy stoma is described. It was not associated with gastric dilatation, stasis, or duodenal ileus. The nonappearance of obstructive symptoms was due to the fact that the jejunum involved was that portion immediately approximated to the stomach and the duodeno-jejunal circle remained patent.
