We read the recent article on "Accuracy in Radon Work" by Ellis, Jennings, and Russ (BRITISH JOURNAL OF RADIOLOGY, May 1947) with great interest, but with some misgivings as to the practical outcome of the conclusions reached by the authors. The move towards centralisation of radon supplies under the M.R.C. makes it important to consider carefully the implications of this article.
