We learn from World Power of August that progress has been made in the experiments with atmospheric electricity now being carried out by the Physical Institute of the University of Berlin, at Monte Generoso, near Lugano. Unfortunately, one of the three physicists engaged in the tests—Mr. Urban—was accidentally killed by falling from an antenna.
